Distribution
The “Keelwake” app is distributed through the Apple App Store; for App Store purchases your contractual partner is Apple, under the terms shown there. The SKS and FKN course unlocks that you buy directly in the Keelwake web app at keelwake.de are sold by us; your contractual partner is then Miaris Engineering Systems (address as above), and payment is processed through the payment provider named during checkout. Our terms of sale and the cancellation policy apply.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
