Which courses are included?
SBF Binnen and SBF See – the official German boating licences – are included free of charge. SKS and FKN can each be unlocked with a one-time purchase. Further courses will only be offered once their content is completely finished and checked.
Do I have to buy again on a new device?
No. You restore Apple purchases in the app with the same Apple ID. A web purchase is assigned to your Keelwake account and, once you sign in, also applies in the Apple apps. If you link an Apple purchase to your optional Keelwake account, it is available on the web as well.
Where is my data kept?
Your personal content is kept locally on your device. Under Settings → Data backup (Datensicherung) you can export and restore a complete backup including photos.
Is the Apple app available in the EU?
Yes. Keelwake is available on the App Store in 175 countries worldwide, including the European Union.
How do I cancel a purchase or request a refund?
For Apple purchases you file the request at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can cancel a purchase made directly with Keelwake electronically at any time via “Cancel contract” (Vertrag widerrufen); you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt by email.
