Cancellation policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

For digital purchases made directly with Keelwake, such as unlocking an SKS or FKN trainer. Purchases through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple; Apple’s terms apply there.

Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period (Widerrufsfrist) is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal (Folgen des Widerrufs)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (for example unlocking a digital course), your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

  1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
  2. confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
  3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356 (5) BGB).

We obtain the consent to early commencement and the confirmation regarding the possible loss of the right of withdrawal expressly before the purchase, in a separate declaration of consent that is not pre-selected. If you do not give these declarations, we do not make the digital content available immediately.
