How the UBI exam works
The theory exam for the Inland VHF Radio Certificate lasts 60 minutes and draws 22 questions, composed as follows:

How the UBI is marked
Every question is marked with 2, 1 or 0 points: fully known, partly known, not known. That makes 44 points possible.
A points total alone is not enough. Each section carries its own minimum:
- 17 correct in Funk
Miss one of these and the exam is failed, however strong the rest was. Keelwake applies exactly this rule in its exam simulation instead of a simple points threshold.
